Abdomen injury?? dont laugh..

You know when you have rough sex and u are hitting real hard and fast,
your organs in your abdomen are going back and forth and smashing against ur anterior and posterior walls. Well i am having like slight diffused pain all over my abdomen. it moves from upper right to lower middle to upper middle and so on every now and then. The pain itself is not unberable maybe a 2 on a scale of 1to 10 but i am just worried if its a cause to worry or is it just normal and will go away?

Have you tried a weight belt? You might have got a hernia from straining too hard. I guess you gotta hit it extra hard when your not packin i personally just keep my abdomen tight and my insides dont "jumble"
