So from scanning the site it's 6 bottles a day and you did 3 days? Does it tell you to have anything else like the soup you had? curious what the protocol is.

It doesn't say to have soup broth, but I need a little bit of sodium pre/post training so for me it helped. A few friends that also do this cleanse do the same. My former training partner does it every month, but it's a little pricey and I don't feel the need to go monthly.

Another member on the forums also did it and chimed in on cleanses a few weeks back also with success. If you have the time and patience you could also make each juice your self with a nice juicer. I don't have a juicer. I just bought a Ninja on sales for $79 and I've been doing lot's of Kale, berries, greek yogurt and scoop of unsalted PB. If you do the cleanse I would recommend easing into the food brother!

The stories of T3 scare the shit out of me. I am a fast eater also which doesn't help. I was thinking of trying digestive enzymes. I have no problem with bowels movements just bloating and yesterday I know it was air. This morning I am back to normal...so my purge valve release overnight

Any of you guys having this issue use a cpap?

I am dealing with same sort of thing right now. I am distended and just feel like my gut is full of air. I think now that my weight has dropped my cpap pressure it too high and i am swallowing air all night. I am going to stop using it for a few days and see if that helps. I really don't think mine is food related as i am eating a lot less now at about 200lbs than i was back in the winter at about 230. I am also taking 50 mcg T3 a day so low t3 should def not be the prob for me.
