Hey guys, I was wondering, is working out every other day the way to go if youre cutting or bulking for maximum rest a recovery? Also, how many of you guys train EOD? I was thinkin' of trying the workout listed in the article next week so I was curious. thanks -Story-

I train EOD,but my training is more on the lines of DogCrapps style(with my own modifications).But Big A's post is great.Similar in nature to Dogcrapps style.

Ususlly prolly 75% time I end up training eod...though I consider my training HIT, though I do more sets than in Big A's routine...
