Ahh yes, and that is why Big A is a Pro! Eat EVERYTHING while you bulk damn it! Hit Mcdonalds 5 times a day, eat a cheesecake or 2 , as long as your getting calories and protein it's all good. EAT EAT EAT!
I have a awesome metabolism and i usually need about 8000calories a day to gain good weight. Thats ALOT of food! I damn near want to puke after each meal; but it's worth it
