Ahh yes, and that is why Big A is a Pro! Eat EVERYTHING while you bulk damn it! Hit Mcdonalds 5 times a day, eat a cheesecake or 2 :D , as long as your getting calories and protein it's all good. EAT EAT EAT!

I have a awesome metabolism and i usually need about 8000calories a day to gain good weight. Thats ALOT of food! I damn near want to puke after each meal; but it's worth it :D
 
I'll be lucky if I burn 1800 cals a day with my metabolism. Even on a diet of 4500 cals I was gaining 3 1/2 lbs a week. I know that it cant be all muscle (all though I wish it was).

there ya go. no weight gain= no muscle gain. if you are bulking and gaining weight with 2000 calories, great. if the scale isnt moving, eat more. for some of us, we have to go to extremes to gain. this is where chocolate milk comes into play.:D
 
look i totally agree with what everybody says, but for those of u like myself who do not need to eat a hell of a lot to gain, thne dont , ull end up fat, this area of metabolism along with recovery ability are incredibly unique to each individual
