About igf-Des, and why it BUILDS muscle!

aside from all the science, and receptor this and that and anabolic properties, it works for building muscle, because you have more endurance muscle wise.
I noticed i could get a few extra reps, and i didn't fatigue as fast while my RAT used the DES!

More reps with the same wt=more muscle
more endurance to push a set further=more muscle

not to mention all the scientific stuff about it. Just a great product!

I agree....I love this stuff.

One thing that I noticed personally is the way that it lets me approach training mentally. I have days where I go in the gym, and the body part that I am training that day just seems to get no pump at all. WHen I leave the gym, I have that deep down feeling that proves I worked the muscle...but it always leave me wondering if I could have done more.

When using DES, the pumps are unreal. When that occurs, I find myself paying so much more attention to the movement and just "feeling" the muscle. It seems to strengthen that "mind to muscle" connection if you will for me, and I always leave the gym in good spirits and on a high note!
