I was reading up..And he says..for protein sources he uses liquid beef aminos and whey isolate, and he eats a lot of fruits and macadamia nuts, and he uses olive oil also. Well I know he sips on beef aminos thurout the day..I was wondering if he snacks on fruit and macadamia nuts thurout the day..or he eats them with his liquid meals like a set schduel..Im just a young kid trying something different..Thanks for the help.

I'm not going to speak for Phillip, but I'm guessing he keeps himself in a positive nitrogen balance throughout the day by sipping on aminos and eats when he is hungry, not by the clock.

here's agood idea, PM him, ask for his help, and he will give it to you..for free??? nope, but I will tell you its worth every penny, and its not expensive. And he's one of the nicest guys there is, no bullshit, no pomp, no attitude with Phil..just straight awnsers that produce results.. And he keeps things so simple that you almost think to yourself it can't be that simple, but it is ...and you will get better results than you possibly have ever gotten before in the whole time you've been training..
I promise ya its worth every penny, and he will make time to discuss anything that you need help with..actually talk with you on the phone personally...just be ready with a pen and paper and better be ready to write fast cause everything that comes out of his mouth is gonna make you look better and get bigger and leaner, and you dont wanna miss anything or forget anything..

maybee you are happy with the results you are getting using all the free advice you get..., and you dont wanna be bigger, leaner or stronger , and you have figured out the easiest, simplest, fastest route to being real big, strong and ripped while maintaining your health ..then there's no reason to spend the $$ and waist yours or his time..;)

But if that were the case I don't think you would have started this thread.

But don't expect to get this info for Free, cause he wont give out info for free that he's gotten paid for in the past, that wouldn't be fair to the people who paid, or to himself, with all the time any $$ he's invested to learn what works best in the fastest timeframe, and the simplest application of the priciples.

I guarantee you it will be the best $$ you ever spent in regards to bodybuilding ever....

I don't know..well...actually I do know...

At any rate. Phil must eat a lot of blueberries. They've been shown to slow down alzheimer's. I swear his memory is unreal. Steel trap mind this guy. When ever I ask him something, he always says, "Just do it like I told you..." Um... How in the hell was that again? Is it my memory or yours Phil? I can barely remember my last name some days. hahahaha
 
If Phil wrote a book it would be priceless, some of the best knowledge and advice there. Has taught me alot, and prolly wouldn't be were I am right now without his and Ronnie T's help.

I have known Phil for over 10 years now and I have asked him on numerous times to write a book. His knowledge is vast and priceless. When it comes to training has the first word and the last word in my decision making.
 
Phil said something here once that I will never forget. He said "eat when you're hungry & if you're not hungry, don't eat". Now, this sounds simple enought. But I spend YEARS bulking up, stuffing myself with food, forcing myself to eat every 3 hours regardless of how full I was & basically wasted a lot of time getting fat & then cutting up to lose the fat I had gained. I don't force myself to eat anymore. But this is after over a decade of the bone headed you've got to eat big to get big mentality. If I'd have had that simple sentence uttered to me a log time ago, I'd have saved myself countless wasted diets.
 
I agree, I have paid for PHIL's services and he needs to charge A LOT MORE!!! Just talking with him is positive...he is a positive person and really enjoys helping out.

So PM him and see what he is up to.
