Well, I do not feel any leaner, still hanging around 217lbs. But, if I gain a pound and remain lean or get leaner, hell I will take it
Food has been consistent, lately higher on training days because I need it. Off days are usually a bit lower on food and taking long walks to chill my body out.

I love this time of year as well. can't beat football season and then thanksgiving, my favorite holiday!

Thanks bro. I would attribute this to getting stronger, recovering, understanding local soreness is different than systematic soreness. And yes eating food both somewhat clean and some caloric food as well. And knowing when to progress...my body is a bit stagnant right now. I am okay with that, I still have the winter months to come
Well, today's eating so far has been all over the place...busy today
Woke up and had a big bowl of cereal with a protein shake
2 hours later had plenty of roasted turkey and rice
1.5 later grab a protein bar and shake
1 hour later had another protein bar (busy today)
4 hours later had a protein shake with 2 bananas
2 hours later had rice and 7 whole eggs mixed together
that is what I have had thus far today...but I am hungry as hell today...I am thinking next meal maybe a 12oz. steak and rice (love me some rice) OR maybe a big juicy burger with sweet potato fries.
Then, hopefully I can go to bed after that or at least chill with the wife and watch some TV.
