Accidental injection into bicep tendon

I pin my bi's and tris regularly and always hit them with 2cc bi laterally so 2cc each bicep this morning I woke up still a little woozy on my ambien and pinned .. The left one was the first and I did it closer to the elbow than center 1" 25 g and IT INSTANTLY hurt ..at the time I didn't think much of it besides it was close to a nerve well now it's swollen , not red the gear was good the right bicep is fine no soreness at all... The left bi where I suspect I got into a tendon is fucking killing me a relaxed 4 on the pain scale when I straighten the bicep it's an easy 8

Any others have experience with something like this ?

i dont know man, i doubt you pinned into the tendon. You would of had to push thru the tendon as if you were pinning into some thick scar tissue. I bet you pinned in between the biceps or in between the bi and tri. Do you feel any kind of knot or lump?

Well the bicep is inflamed and hard still no redness if I got between anything it's the bi / brachi
