ACE-031 Anyone hear of this Myostatin inhibitor?

Apparently this is a promising drug for muscular development and has pas. sed phase 1 clinical trials in humans. I cant imagine how a layperson could obtain this

I am worried that it would lead to a ridiculously enlarged heart or other internal problems.

lack of myostatin is proven to have no effect on organs. It is strictly a skelatal muscle protein.
