Acetic acid & FRAG

can you mix these two?

if i cant get my hands on sterile water do you think this is possible ?

as i think i can get a solution acetic acid made up at a compounding pharmacy.

Bac water is available all over the place. I think the PH would not balance out with the frag. Just pay 4 bucks for 30ml of bac water and be done. Why guess.

in Australia that stuff is REALLY hard to come by. as in cannot get it anywhere. haha
