Did a search on this but couldn't find anything addressing it. I'm doing 6IU per day of TP's Grey Tops. I do 3IU when I wake up and 3IU at bedtime. My hands are KILLING me. The morning is the worst. I mean I wake up in the morning and can't get back to sleep because of it pretty much. For some odd reason the left hand is worse than the right. Had to run cold water over them this morning to get any relief. :D Is there any way to reduce this side effect other than lowering the dose? I really don't want to drop the dose because that's what I planned on using during the cycle. But this is getting bad. TIA.

Real funny. Ha ha. these things are killing me at this dose. Its really weird to. I can make a pretty solid fist with my right hand. Still hurts but solid. But if I try to make a solid fist with my left hand then you can forget it. Maybe it has something to do with me being right-handed and not left. Who knows. If I had to hit someone with my left hand I would die.

Its crazy that you're mentioning this.... was just now talking to my GF about this...i'm doing Toraxx Greys 4ius split and i'm waking up now with numbness in both hands.... but I don't get it during the day.... this has happened the last few days...like both hands have completely fallen asleep. how far you in?? I'm just now coming up on week 4.

It may go away in time. Mine was pretty bad the first 2-3 months I used the greys. Since it has went away. My hands were pretty much useless. It was hard cutting chicken with a knife for a while. Anything I did with my hands sucked.

If it doesn't go away or its affecting you too much I'd back it down to 3iu and then slowly work your way back up and iu every 3-4 wks until you get to your desired dosage.

lower to 4 iu :lightbulb:

I always get this, no matter the dose. But anything over 5ius really gets me, it's torture. There has to be something we can do. The results with high dose growth are phenomenal and there are many guys doing it. I just don't see how guys using 10ius+ are able to function. I need to know cause I want to use alot more then I do.

I do 2iu's am and pm... hands hurt constantly. Of course, I'm also going to be 52 and have been roofing for 25yrs and training for 33. Not sure how much is GH and how much is arthritis related.
The right hand, my middle fingers first knuckle always swollen and pops when I open my hand. Hurts to make a fist. The left hand is mostly thumb issues, the meat of the thumb is stiff and sore a lot.... hurts to pick up small things, not big things... I think mostly age and repetitive motion stuff.
When I first start a program w GH in it, my hands swell and wrists hurt all the time
Can't imagine hitting something with my fists, wouldn't be able to use them at all.

Almost 3 weeks now.

If I tried 10IU per day I have no doubt that my hands would literally be paralyzed and useless. :D Do you have any clue what exactly it is that causes it?

Water retention in the joints is what I think, compressing the nerves. My wrists get bigger so has to be some correlation with pressure on the carpal tunnel. Splitting up doses dose help somewhat but not enough.

Funny you mention this. I have tiny wrist. Normally I can take my thumb and forefinger and almost touch them if I wrap them around my wrist. I tried that today and they don't even come close. I guess it is the water retention. I wonder if you took a low dose of say Nolva if it would lessen it some. Probably not but its a thought.

And on a much sadder note. I was trying to jerk off today but kept having to take breaks because my hand kept going numb. Now that SUCKS.

Besides a lot of stretching which you should be doing there are only 3 things you can do that will help.

Cortisone shot - got rid of my mom's carpal tunnel but I don't know anyone else who got the shot for it.

Vit B1 and Vit B6 (first was told to take this in the late 90's by my Dr who diagnosed me with bilateral carpal tunnel) is pretty much the industry standard for carpal tunnel. 100mg of each 2 times a day.

Rolfing - possibly the best thing you can have done - super deep tissue painful (brutal) massage.

The B1/B6 and Rolfing helped me tons.
