so i had been on hrt 300t 200d with hcg and an ai(liquidex cuz clinic costs a lot) for about a year.however 6 weeks ago i got an injury so i go really depressed and havent gone to gym since as im still healing up.dropped test to like 170 and d to like 12 a week in 1 shot.but with no gym i got depressed started smoking pot drinkinga lot and eating bad.i put on some fat and bloat(yet somehow maintained like 88 percent muscle mass) anyway 2 things.
1.my blood pressure was 148/89 is that bad? doc and i believe its due to not being active and eating badly.
2.i started cardio again but lately ive broken out fairly bad in chest stomach area,never had this before.i assume maybe its due to me starting to sweat again?
anyway any advice on how to fix these 2 issues?
