acne in old age

When I was in my twenties doing large does cycles, I hardly broke out at all. Now that I'm in my fifties I'm getting acne like my teen years. I'm sure there are several variables besides just age, but dang what the heck is going on?

I get really oily skin on gear and require a couple showers/day. Target areas are my nose, back of neck, center of chest, and a few on my shoulders.

Yeah, seems to happen more when the blood levels of a substance are decreasing. Even at TRT levels, taking 1 shot/2 weeks (not ideal, I know, but the only possibility), at the end of the 2 weeks, skin is oily and I start to break out.

keeping hormone levels stable is super important for this, test doses and aromatase inhibitors.

I still get bad acne especially on my back, even on low dose. recently my gf has been using this stuff on it and it works incredible! ill have to find the bottle and see what its called, I tried looking for it in wiki but it only exists in Spanish language and Portuguese.

she is from here and had never heard of it until a friend at work told her to try it, she said all the women that she works with now use it and think its amazing.

no shit almost 40 and am recovering from th he worst acne ever. My back, chest and ass mainly. Back and ass were worst at first then my chest started getting covered in cystic acne. Fucking hell.

my cycle was all over th r place compound and dose wise. Ended with a high doe tren attempt that totally, kill me with sides.
