Acne on just the forehead, Please Help!!

This is my 6th or 7th cycle and I`ve had acne before on my back and shoulders but, this time and last time I have it on my forehead. Back and shoulders are very minimal. I take exemestane and Prami. I dropped to a cruise dose of just test (ts400) a couple of weeks ago. I just don`t get it. I take 12.5 mg of exemastane. Should I up the dose more. I`ts just fustrating. I have tried everything I know, even Acne ahnilator. Should i just resort to Accutane? I`m 33 yrs old and I didn`t have acne on my forehead when I was a teenager.

Protocol for when
I usually break out really bad

I started this and its worked so far!

Acidophilus-as directed on label
Chromium Picolinate- as directed on label
Colloidal Silver- as directed on label, orally and apply with cotton to affected area
Essential fatty acids- gram every meal, 4g max a day
Potassium- 99mg daily
Vitamin A- 25,000 IU a day until healed, then cruise on 5,000 IU daily
Vitamin B complex- 100mg of each major B vitamin 3 times daily
Vitamin B3- 100mg 3 times daily
Vitamin C- 1g, 1.6g, 3times ED, use buffered form
Vitamin D3- 400 IU daily
Vitamin E- 400 IU daily
Zinc- 80mg max a day
Garlic- 1 cap with meals

LOL I had same problem for D-bol once, made me look like a teenager when I was 21 LMAO

I went with accutane, it never came back ever since

I have tried it before when I had bacne it worked a little but not much. That was also when I didn`t use exemestane to control my estrogen.

I totally forgot this one !! much safer than accutane (which can be harsh) and everyone I know who tried it loved it

give it a try .. I have found that bacne is much harder to get ride of then the acne I had on my forehead

Of course you need to control the estrogen to some extent while on or just comming off...Acne anhilator is the best I've seen that's otc and gets shipped to your door super quick though...I trust this company 100% because I've seen real results.

are they cystic deep ones or just bunch red dots n little white headz, if you have rx plan, see a derm and get doxycycline, clindamycin foam, and 8percent peroxide wash for shower, its not perm solution like accutane but controls it good til your hormones are level and dont need it anymore

Do as jalsmiley said and go with antibiotics. There's a topical erythromicin based gel that works very well... for all areas.

I had bad acne as a kid - face, back, and shoulders. I get it when I cycle now, and especially after therapy when nattie test is coming back it hits me hard - especially on my back. Since your question is regarding your face, I use one of those facial scrubs (clearisil, nutrogena, etc) twice a day - first thing and early PM, maybe when you get off work. The key ingredient to look for is "2% sycilic acid." Then at night I use benzoyl peroxide before bed - this is the real key. Start with the clearisil in the AM and the BP in the PM. These products are harsh as hell and will dry the shit out of your face, but your acne will go away. Neither require a script, they're in the cosmetics aisle. Also, word to the wise - the women's facial scrubs always seem to work much better than the "men's" products, for me anyway. Hope this helps bro, good luck.

I always pick up some Retin-A when I'm in Mexico.That stuff works like a charm. See if you can get some from your doctor or something, maybe you can find it online.

Yeah, it`s annoying that it`s only on the forehead. I do use BP in the evening afetr my last face wash for the evening. It helps some too. I do need to go with a silacylic acid cleanser. Plat. Labs has it in it and it`s gritty for exfoliating so I will give it a try again. Thanks everyone for your help.
