I have been prescribed 30mg per day of adderall for ADD. I take 15mg in the morning and another 15mg after lunch. I'm trying to gauge how it's effecting my workouts. I don't feel like my endurance is way up and there certainly aren't any strength gains but I do notice that I have a better mind muscle connection and can really contract my muscles harder if I think about it.
The other thing I've noticed is that my muscles seem to be much harder as well. I'm probably leaning out some but I have a long way to go before you could actually call me lean. It's not killing my appetite right now. If I'm really busy then I don't notice being hungry but if I stop to eat once I start I don't have any problems finishing a meal. At a higher dose that might not be the case but from what I understand 30mg per day for an adult is a starter dose.
