Adding IGF to peps+GH

So im going to be using some Aminooutpost IGF to test and im wondering the best way to incorperate it. I currently run a 100/100 combo of ghrp/ghrh+2iu GH 2x per day and just ghrp/ghrp at 100/100 pre bed. I do this 5x per week and the other 2days just the ghrp/ghrh. So im thinking of maybe adding a moderate dose of say 50mcg IGF for 6-8wks. Im unsure on the best timing to use it though, since its all about timing with peps/gh. usually my 1st pep/gh shot is in the a.m. then 4hrs later or so i train and my 2nd pep/gh shot is pwo. Im thinking maybe 50mcg IGF 30min pre workout or maybe run it 20min after my peps pwo with my slin.
 
I think you got it right. I would go with 30 minutes pre workout. In the past year I used Lr3 pwo and it worked great but I've switched to the pre wo philosophy. How's the other peps working for you?

Great. Best gains of my life. Im lean and full all the time.
 
IGF seems to be something you only need on workout days correct? Im thinkin of only using it 3-4days per week at 50mcg pre workout for a little bit. Is that even worth it or do you need to run it everyday.

DES? You could potentially run workout days only....igf-1lr3 it doesn't make as much sense since the longer half life

No its not the DES. Its just a vial of the LR3 i was given during the trial period. I didnt know lr3 had a long halflife though i thought i was fairly short.
