I'm adding LGD 4033 to my cruise, considering starting at 5mg a day or going straight for 10mg.
Question: I/others regard LGD 4033 as an "healthy" addition to a cruise.
I know it has positive effects on lipids (hdl I thought) and no noticable effect on tryglycerides.
What are other things to look out for? Regarding bloods (obviously suppresion is not an issue)
