Advance: Breaking fat lost plateau

Hi guys, what do you do when you hit a fat loss plateau?

Considering the fact that you have already,

1. Dropping calories by 500
2. Increasing HIT cardio
3. Heavy compound exercises
4. Eating optimum quality of Fats and Fiber.
 
i learn from Chris aceido that taking a step backwards go get forwards again.

when you diet your metabolism gets lower and it sounds like your body i fighting against you now. especially when the body fat get lower

take picture every week at the same time and place ind the morning do all the posing. then compare to pictures for 2 weeks back and see if you improved. sometimes the mirror lies and the scale


what I would do and it has help me in the past.

I take 2-3days off training and cardio Then add 200-400gram of carbs depends of your size. and relax and trick you body to think it is okay to loss bodyfat again :)
After that get back on the diet and training. and if it stops again.

EAT SOME FOOD!! Your metabolism is so slowed you need to trick your body out of starvation mode. Only way to do that is eat some food for 1-3 days. Your not gonna add any fat in that time, only replenish your glycogen stores and flip the switch.

Just needed some advice for my friends who will be competing.
 
Since DNP is a no go for you. Next best bet is Clen & T3 together. They will get it moving for you. T3 ramped up from 30 to 60 and back down. IMO , no need to go higher.

upping dose can often do the trick if all things are on point. otherwise get a better diet.... or trainer. I think its best to use diet to break plateaus. and its not as easy as drop 500 calories. I help a guy that is a super heavy and doing nationals and I actually convinced him to eat MORE food and do less cardio and he got leaner than ever..... so kinda depends on what r u doing now?

Drop some carbs, slightly raise protein, and increase cardio. Do this until you stall then repeat.
 
Once I hit a plateau in the fat loss department I introduce HIIT cardio. Not sure how intense your perform yours but if you don't need to sit for 10-15 minutes after your session then you might want to increase the intensity.
