Advanced fst 7

Actually i train very heavy with compond movements, i would change for a little time using advanced wo of fst 7, any thoughts on the program ? What change from fst 7 to advanced fst 7? Thanks

whats the difference in the regular program to the "advanced" ?

FST7 is just standard training... a few sets of 10-12 then some blood volume sets ... it works... but its basic and doesn't need any special name lol

I guess by advanced FST-7, you're talking about using a compound movement instead of isolation for the "7 Sets" as Hany Rambod suggests?

King Kamali made a real good point on the recent RX interview: It's very easy to take someone with elite genetics and dial them in to look freaky. Turn chicken shit into chicken dinner, and then we'll talk.

One of the reason why DC training was so popular, it took the average guy and brought him up to his genetic limitations of muscle mass in the fastest way possible. At least chicken shit was a bigger chicken shit this way.

Now i training with the program of Layne Norton Phat3 but I 'll would change for a bit with a different program , i've read of advanced fst 7 but I don't know which difference has with normal fst7
