(Advanced) Protein Pudding

Got this pudding/sludge idea from ScottMcD1, so credit to him for the template, but I've added some options + flavors that can make it real interesting, especially for the dieters out there.

Basic template
2oz of water per scoop of protein

Instructions:
Just stir in bowl for 2-3 minutes and put in fridge for about 25-30 minutes or freezer for less time, like 10-15 minutes. Stir enough to eliminate all clumps and keep it thick, yet smooth.

Advanced Options:

1) Sludge with Banana
2oz of Water per scoop of protein
1 small banana per 2 scoops of protein

Instructions:
Same way of preparation, but you can slice the small banana and mix it into it. Tastes delicious

2) Sludge with Peanut Butter
2oz of Water per scoop of protein
1 tablespoon of crunchy PB per scoop of protein

Instructions:
Same way of preparation, but you can mix the peanut butter into the protein.

3) Sludge with Oatmeal
2oz of Water per scoop of protein
1/4c cooked per scoop of protein

Instructions:
Same way of preparation, but you can mix the hot oatmeal into the protein.



You can combine them; peanut butter & oatmeal, peanut butter & banana, banana & oatmeal, etc.
 
My gf eats this daily and it tastes awesome.
 
My lady loves these recepies, but will try to modify it by cutting all carbs and adding some shitty sweetner.

Oh well I will try it before her... :)

The only carbs in this basic template are from the protein powder. So it can be zero carb, low carb, low fat, no fat, high fat. If it's sweet enough, you won't need to add much. With my whey protein, I add nothing. With my casein/egg white protein it's a little tart.
 
I do variations of this also.

My favorite is is double dutch flavored whey from ON and I add either coconut oil, or sometimes cashew butter or evoo for my fats, and Oatmeal if carbs are required...
Add--n a little Cocoamine or just hersheys cocoa powder for xtra kick and antiOx properties.

Sometimes I'll add an some LBAs like cocnut or obviously chocalate, makes it sweeter...

The great thing is it is so easy to adjust macros with this meal...

What's the texture like of Cashew Butter. Is it as rough as Natty PB or a tad smoother like almond butter?

Lately, I've been making pudding and tossing in sliced almonds in there.

you need to try some Cashew buter. It may be a little TOO good, so buy the smallest jar. It is easy to over-indulge.

Anyways, I know how to make pudding well with TP protein now. Add 1-1.5oz of water per scoop, and put the water in first. TP is a little more tart depending on flavor but Choco Banana with some almonds is good to go!!!!
