I've been swamped at work, my apologies fellas. Been training my new hire and it's been intense lol
I had to stop DC training, body was hurting. My elbows, wrists, shoulders, hips and lower back were starting to hurt to the point of affecting my sleep.
So for the past 1-2 weeks I've been back to the mountain dog Arnold prep training. Body is starting to feel better, did legs today and got to 315x12 on back squats. Not impressive I know, but back has been tender so I'm happy with it!
Still getting diet in check, wife has been cooking some really tasty food and it's hard to stop eating
