Advice for getting thicker thighs through nutrition and training

I wonder if this repeated use is why many gymnastics are so muscular especially when we compare weight, look, bf to gym guys? Also I hear rowers are muscular not sure if a myth I don't know any
My legs get jacked when I spin bike and I do hours. You talk about cyclists and yes they use as much drugs as us but the difference is A. 14 hours a week for a bodybuilder is massive cardio, for a cyclist that’s 2, 3 days tops so they do minimum 4-5 times the cardio and B. This most of all they don’t lift weights as well and their diet is solid carbs muscles don’t grow on a solid carb diet. If you put a cyclist on 250-300 gms of protein a day split into 5-7 meals added to their carbo needs I’m quiet certain they would grow muscle but they don’t want to carry added weight more muscle doesn’t equal faster.
 
Thank you guys for your advice. My girl is vegan so it’s hard for her to gain muscles faster. She indeed wants thick thighs like those female cyclists, not just to put on weight. She started cycling, leg press and squats. Although, on further research we found that supplements could enhance muscles growth faster. We found some best vegan supplements online, however, we have one question further, Do mass gainer really enhance muscle growth? It is mentioned that mass gainers are used by sportspersons or athletes, is it fine if a normal individual consumes it?
I'm a sports nutritionist and a personal trainer. Her workout sounds correct although she should throw some upper body in the mix because training chest and back will help her legs grow.
Forget something marketed as a "Mass Gainer" It's mostly just carbs and sugar she doesn't need. She can take protein shakes without the "Mass" calories, unless she really needs to get more carbs too.
Learn about nutrition. There are only three foods on the planet, Protein is what muscle is made of, carbs are fuel, fat is what fat is made of lol. Since she is lean, she can definitely eat more fat also.

Agreed Mass Gainer is overpriced trash. If she really needs calories a tblspn of Mac nut oil at each meal and extra rice is clean, cheap, and easier to digest. I don’t think sugar is the Devil, though it’s really not good for you but most mass gainers are loaded with it in some form and as he said it’s fuel and when we take fuel that doesn’t get used it becomes fat maybe she thinks she wants fat but she can’t control where her body stores it maybe none on her thighs and all on her live handles and stomach….. protein goes where she’s been training and as he said upper body too the body seeks balance so legs will cap quickly if upper isn’t used and Vice versa.
