Advice for overweight friend....

Hey bros.....I have a good friend who is really over weight. I need some opinions on what he should take. He doesn't want to use injectables......trust me I KNOW, I've tried like hell to get him to just try it, but he won't. I'm going to put a diet together for him and an oral stack. I was thinking that var and clen would probably work best. He's about 6'1" 280lbs.......and not alot of muscle. Any opinions would be appreciated, thanks and take care.

Honestly

Before putting him on any gear, I would re-structure both his diet and exercise program. Once he has proven that he can stick to these, means business, and is willing to work for his goals and objectives....then maybe you could offer him a little "help". Dont put the cart before the horse so to speak. He needs to understand that gear is not a "miracle cure" or short cut just an additional tool in the arsenal to assist both diet and exercise.
 
I am very aware and agree with what you say, but my friend is very hard headed and insists on this, so I'm not going to argue with him, I'm just going to give him some gear, a diet and a workout program and let him be...if he follows what I say the gear will assist him and if he doesn't....like I tould him, he won't get far. Take care.

Hell, it's his money bro. If you got his diet down and cardio and he still wants gear then let him do it. His results will depend on his hard work.

Ya know, it's amazing that two months ago I ran into a lady I knew from years back. Back then I told her about cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and her target heart range and about her diet. I barely recognized her. She has lost 83 pounds since then and looks very ummmm I shouldn't say this, but edible.:rolleyes:

Just soem info your friend might want to consider.

If he only wants orals, 40mgs of anavar for 12 weeks should do wonders with a low calorie diet, weight training, and mass loads od creatine. I was real fat at 260, got down to 190, stayed there for 9 months, then jumped back up to 220. Lose the fat keep it off then worry about muscle.

That is the Fat to skinny, skinny to big program
 
I agree with canino. You don't HAVE to get him anything, especially if you think it's not best for him. If he's so hard headed, let him go out and get it on his own. IMO, it is absolutely rediculous for someone with very little muscle to use juice to lose weight, and I believe he would be prone to getting biach tit. Good luck to you and your freind.

i say go for it, i guess i am against the majority of thought here, but i feel that an overweight person has a great chance with juice to get into shape.
my brother and i did our very first cycle, 3 yrs ago, with only 500mg of sus a week for 8 weeks, he was about the same weight as your friend, 280, and when the 8 weeks were over, he was done to 260, not 20 lbs isn't alot, BUT he was a hell of a lot stronger, and he had gained several inches on his arms and shoulders.
just make sure his diet is great, and he's really determined, i think that if my brother and i had a better diet that first cycle, he and i may have evemn gained more muscle.
