Hi all been a while since I've been on here I'd like some advice on training, I am wanting to know if I should train a bodypart twice a week. I usually do one bodypart a week. I like to be strong and also train the bodybuilder type style but its so hard to do both. I weigh around 185 and can deadlift 525 with straps 515 without straps, flat bench 325 and squat. ? all natural no juice no nothing. Any help would be appreciated. - C
 
Why not do full body workouts 3 times a week? Squatting often is fun anyway ;)
 
its good to do both i believe. when u do twice a week just remember to keep the volume down. u want the total volume to about the same, maybe just a little more for the week. one heavy day and one medium to light day.
 
See my post about training with Matt Reynolds. You seem like you have the stuff for PL, and could be great at it. He might get you to a level you never thought existed.
