Advice needed on techniques for trimming waist and reduce belly bloating.

I have noticed that even when dieting/reducing carbs I still have a bulging lower belly and wide waist. I kept some fruits and oats in my diet, could this be the cause?
This question is diet-wise only and not compounds related.
So, what foods would be best to consume/not consume and what would be a good advice for waist/bulge shaping?
 
Going to need a lot more information, and possibly pictures in order to give adequate advice

But for what it’s worth, I’ve always referred to oatmeal as ‘bloat meal’

Because that’s the effect that it has on me
 
You could have a thick waist, but mostly comes down to your diet. Unless of course you have a medical condition.

Hi Fleezy, thanks for input.
Cutting down for past 7 weeks. No compounds. Went so far from 99kg to 93 kg still with high body fat. Training 3-4x week and calories are at about 1700/day from about 2600/day. Changed large portions of rice to small ones, stopped all sugar/puddings and kept some fruits/oats only. Most meat lean apart from lamb steaks and tinned mackerel. Reduced from 6 to 4 meals per day.
Current example:

Meal 1 (after workout):
2 fruits, protein shake

Meal 2:
Chicken breast, 80g brown rice, large broccoli floret

Meal 3:
Oats with some raisings and pumpkin seeds, omelette 2 whole eggs plus 6 whites

Meal 4:
Tinned fish (either tuna/mackerel/sardine), some green olives, 20g feta cheese, some walnuts

What's your bf you said it's still high? That's number one, less fat less bodyweight= look leaner and better. Probably some insulin resistance.

At 1700 hell id be starving, you should be losing weight and fat fast at that amount, how Long are you dieting? Your hardly eating any calories shouldn't be any bloating. How much cardio?

Something is off or you are just lacking the knowledge to do this correctly. If body fat is high there is no way you should be at 1700 cals already. Most people here will think you’re trolling or have no idea what you’re doing.

Never measured but I can assure it's quite high, a very rough guess at 25%. 7 weeks diet with very little cardio (15 minutes walk/day at 6.3 km/h).

- the above already means a lot to me as I was reading on slowly reducing rather than just cutting down to a very little 1700. Thank you. Also just read somewhere that cutting from 6 to 4 meals could slow metabolism.
