Advice needed!

Please realize, I am not dieting now, will not start until April. But these were taken today. I am 43 years old, 5'6", and 192 lbs in these pics. I will compete in the masters over 40 at 176.25 lbs or as close to that as possible, hopefully not over that though. My first post in Members photos, has pics that were taken in April of last year for comparison.

Thanks for your time and input, both are greatly appreciated. I am serious about winning, so please be candid, I need all the help I can get.
