Hello all. I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on my off season cycle to help alongside my training so that I can build up my strength. I gained some weight (211lb) working my way back down to 195lb and will be competeing at 181lb.
Diet is of primary importance with the weight drop. I am clear on this. I have competed before. I am just looking to put together mainly a straight strength cycle with minimal weight gain or water weight. I know water weight helps but I do not want to go that route.

save tren for closer to the meet.. for orals I rotate Anavar and turnibol. I may mix in dbol this time around. Halo is used two weeks out from the meet.
