Ok.... so if you read my previous posts I have made some really "novice" choices and to be honest, I wasnt dedicated to getting the most out of my workout, my eating, or my supplements.
SO.. I took the last 6-7 months to dedicate myself. To get where I needed to be and to see if this is something I could do without any help.
Stats 6 months go... 5"8, 231, 34% BF (not great, I know) I was looking for the easy way out, thinking I could just take something and all my problems would just go away... nieve and stupid... I know... (please dont think that i just started lifting 6 months ago, I have lifted pretty consistanly for 12 years...I just never put the diet into play... which i am finding out is 80% of your workout success)
Today... 5"8, 205, 24% BF... Still not fab, but the 6 meal a day program is working wonders, I work out CONSISTANTLY, I do cheat on some meals, but hey, Im not looking to compete...but i have put in some serious work. I do more cardio than i have ever had before. Im mostly proud of the BF drop, I could care less about the body weight, its the fat that i want to drop.
I told myself that once i get below 200 and below 25% BF that i could then seriously consider some "supplements".... Well, I figure I am 3 weeks from that goal and I wanted some advice on what go with.
I was thinking of doing a Deca/Sus(250) cycle, 8 weeks... I figure the extra muscle should help me burn some of that extra fat that i have, while really fillout out my physique. A friend of my suggested D-Bol and Sus...but to be honest the D-bol is a pill and my liver wont appreciate it ( I have had that problem before)....
I am open to any and all suggestions... even if its, get your fat ass back in the gym for another 6 months and see what you can do...
My goal is to be around 190-195 pounds with 15% BF and im not sure if the Deca Sus combo will help me achieve this goal (hence the post).... I dont want to compete, but i do want to improve my over all health and attitude towards myself. I have worked really hard getting fat and i have been working really hard to get inshape. I know if i contiune on my current diet I can get to the 15% BF, but my weight will drop to around 180-185ish... thats a bit smaller than I want to be....
I know people here can be brutally honest... so let me know what you think...
Also, if you have a betting plan that Deca/Sus... please feel free to sugest something... I am open to ideas...
