If you don't like deca, then 750-1,000mg test, 800 primo, insulin, GH

^ This here is almost exactly what I would do. If I plateaued on this, then I'd keep these dosages and add tren acetate MWF @ 100-200mg

Sometimes just looking at the total mega doesn't give the most accurate picture when running something like primo compared to tren. I think many people like low dose test with primo because it is the look it gives. Full muscle belly with little water beneath the skin. When the test is higher it may take away from that look.

do not deploy the caber or arimidex until indication is present/sign of issue, dont just run the adex just as a precaution. the less the merrier (I think you mean adex) also i would drop it and go with exemestane better safety profile on LDL

Agree with this 100. Only if needed to many people do this and it hurts more than helps
