Personally, I think the low dose message is more important than time training. If you have the genetics for this you will explode on the low dose and if you don't you can find out early before the damage is done, and make an educated decision on your next move.
Obviously a solid base is optimal, but with so many teens jumping in the pool these days the low dose message is imperative.
300mg of test for 10 to 12 weeks should make for an amazing first cycle.

I completely agree with this advice especially the low dose part. I was an idiot the first few years I used. I can get the same results off 1/4 of the amount of gear I use to use. I also had no idea how much of a role diet plays.

Rambo why you not telling everyone the truth mate.

Basically this is what happened in reality.
