Advise on igf 1

I'm 42 6'1 251 lbs about 17% bf right now.have been one gear about 20 years .I have used it before 60-100 mcg pre workout with no results.i have seen a few guys running it with there hgh and I'm interested again,so my ? Is how much should I use and when is the most ideal time to use it.any information from the igf 1 guys would be greatly appreciated.
 
~30 hour half life so timing isn't that big of a deal.

It's a good GDA with other benefits.

25-50mcg pre or post workout probably best with carbs

Thanks I agree with the carbs I did feel dizzy and weak every time I used it before ,was told I was not getting enough carbs in and was getting hypo .
I really did not enjoy the way I felt 30 min after I pinned ,but this last chance I am gonna give it I'm gonna get so e fast carbs in with pwo shake

I should have been more clear when I said timing doesn't matter. It actually does to an extent because there is definitely a peak (60-90 mins IIRC).

But yeah, 60-100mcg is a pretty high dose. I would personally only use 25-40mcg 1)bc I'm frugal and 2) when going higher I wouldn't get hypo but would start to feel tired (isolated that through trial and error)

Thanks brother I'll check it out mainly looking for a way to avoid the shitty feeling I get 30-60 min after I take it ,same feeling if I don't have my diet right after I take slin
 
R u talking about igf-1 specifically not the igf-1lr3 cuz yes igf-1 doesn't need carbs

I speak for experience on many athletes clients, the correct dose goes from 100-300 mcg day, minimum. For daily changes
 
Yes sure igf-1 lr3 is for sure better choice it's the improved version it's active for more than 12 hours it gives pump and recomposition for a body comes after days if ur Already lean u will see fast effect and u can eat more and train harder u will recover faster and this extra carbs will fill muscles

There are many methods of taking it some take it first thing in the morning in low dose then again bigger dose in the day , some take it preworkout ,other post , I think there is no difference cuz it is active long time that's the igf-1lr3 , but even all the people here that are posting they take it post workout , I still take it 30 minutes preworkout 100 mcg and then take 50 grams fast carbs and then Aminos and l-citrulline and l-arginine added to any caffeine preworkout I swear I train better and stronger is this just 30 minutes of igf-lr3 really pushed this harder may be , I train until little hypo I leave and start my post refeeed first thing a shake whey isolate with complete cookie Lenny's and Lary's , then 1 hour later chicken and sweet potato mashed , then 2 hours again same chicken and sweet potato and Greek yougurt, I sleep I wake up next day full ....

Thank u for all that info I'll use the long and just out of habit shoot pre work out like my gh,how many carbs would u say for 100 mcg does post workout I swear it makes me hypo fast as hell for some reason,unless the brands I have used were overdosesd?
 
I like Hgh 1 hour pre then up to 120 mcgs 1 hour post.
Then just keep the Cals coming!
 
If u use 100mcg preworkout u can have 50 grams carbs fast type pre like today I had the complete cookie some days I have dextrose other days I get cream of rice with chocolate syrup , then get 50 grams whey isolate which already gonna help for sure raise the blood sugar level then if u want to have in case Gatorade In gym with bcaas u don't have to finish it all if u feel ok then post workout as concreter said keep the clean cals goin every 1.5 hour 50 carb and 50 protein , that would make changes daily bro

I use 10-20mcgs 1hr preworkout, with very good results.
I also use 3iu of hgh first thing in the morning
 
Ive got some igf-lr3 on hand and have the idea of stacking with my HGH regimen, but the stories of my intestines growing scares me. Is there a low effective but safest dose possible?:star-:ars
