Advise on t3 / Clen dosages.

There are a number of options here. You can run the clen two weeks on and two weeks off ramping up to 120mcg-200mcg a day. Whatever you feel comfortable going up to. You can also run it for longer without the off weeks but just ramp up slowly.

As for the t3 you can do it in between the clen if youre doing the two week two off method..or run it alongside it the entire time. Starting at 25 a day and increasing to maybe 75. Idk depends what your goals are and the amount of time you plan to be using the t3 and clen

Damn, 200mcg of clen? My heart would grow legs and run out of my chest if I ran it that high haha! After reading the negative sides that clen can cause to the circulatory system, I won't touch the stuff any longer. As you mentioned there are several ways to skin a cat, but T3 is pretty catabolic so I don't see any need in going about 25-50mcg/day. Any highe than that and you're risking some muscle loss.

To the OP, if I were you I would stay away from Clen and just run a nice ECA stack. It's also a stimulant, but it's a little more forgiving than clen.

haha na man I'll take all the advice I can get! And I do agree about the t3..really no need at all for it unless prepping imo and even then it isnt at all necessary.

I never ran clen that high but I will be about two weeks out from my show which is in 7 weeks so I'll let you know how I feel on it then haha

Understood, bro. I'm not saying that you shouldn't use some help in the fat burning department. I'm just saying that Clen has some nasty short and long term side effects on the cardiovascular system. I'm not saying that a two week run will kill you, I'm just saying there's better and healthier alternatives than clen. Before I knew about the negative cardiovascular side effects I ran a few cycles of clen and it does work great in conjunction with a clean diet, but knowing what I know now I wouldn't run it again. This might baffle some, but I would run a low dose of DNP before I ran clen again. DNP had a bad reputation, but it's not nearly as dangerous as people hype it up to be just as long as you follow a strict protocol.

theres no need to go to 200mcg a day smh
start at 20mcg...go up 20mcg every 4-5 days..then when you hit 100-120mcg take a week off and then restart again
200mcg is begging for unbareable muscle cramping and completely unnecessary

t3 i wouldnt go over 50 a day. 25 in the am and then another 25 pre workout

Start slow and see what you can tolerate. I have used clen and dnp (not together) and my workouts suffered so much it didn't make sense taking it. Now I just let my diet do it's work.
 
I got my diet in check. Well for the most part. On weekends not as good as during week.
