There are a number of options here. You can run the clen two weeks on and two weeks off ramping up to 120mcg-200mcg a day. Whatever you feel comfortable going up to. You can also run it for longer without the off weeks but just ramp up slowly.
As for the t3 you can do it in between the clen if youre doing the two week two off method..or run it alongside it the entire time. Starting at 25 a day and increasing to maybe 75. Idk depends what your goals are and the amount of time you plan to be using the t3 and clen
Damn, 200mcg of clen? My heart would grow legs and run out of my chest if I ran it that high haha! After reading the negative sides that clen can cause to the circulatory system, I won't touch the stuff any longer. As you mentioned there are several ways to skin a cat, but T3 is pretty catabolic so I don't see any need in going about 25-50mcg/day. Any highe than that and you're risking some muscle loss.
