Anyone use these anymore? My elbows are killing me. Deca helped alot but really upped my RBC/hemoglobin/hematocrit.

Anyone use these anymore? My elbows are killing me. Deca helped alot but really upped my RBC/hemoglobin/hematocrit.

I still have some. It does seem to work. Take for 21 days. Nothing worked better than deca for my knee pain. Just totally gone when on deca. I was thinking a very low dose deca will not jack up crit too much and still help with joint pain.
