It's been since my prep in 2012 that I've done a serious cut, and after heavy sleep apnea and generally feeling like sh1t all the time I decided to go for a mock prep. Doing 16 weeks total, so this would be 9 weeks out pics if I were doing a show.
I'm 200 flat in these (down 15lbs from 7 weeks ago), at the same timeframe in my prep in 2012 I was 188lbs, although I feel like I'm a little bit leaner at the same point this time.
My aim was to dramatically improve my hamstrings and arms, which I think I did. Arms are now 17.25, and were about 16 flat at this time last prep. I'm thinking I'll wind up around 185lbs, maybe a little less if I were to get show ready.
Thoughts?
