I find as I get older I become more aware of how things effect me. When I was younger I would just push ahead with what I wanted.

Is'nt that the truth.
Its a combination of age, wisdom and access to all this knowledge that was hard to come by when we where younger.

So, got up to 1000mg Test E weekly shooting bout eod. I think anxiety was raised. fairly certain....

After seeing some recommendations in this thread i am now gonna try:

6 week Small Dose Stack:
62.5mg test e ed (437.5mg total)
50mg deca ed (350mg total)
50mg Mast ed (350mg total)

Grand total: 1137.5mg Weekly

Will also do 12.5mg mk-677 ed
May do slin 1-2x pre-work out

The smaller daily doses maintain max stability (no massive peaks and valleys even with longer esters, much decreased side effects) and you should feel better... I'd be willing to bet higher doses are possible with less sides without the roller coaster ride up and down stuff. 400 EQ once weekly used to really aggravate me but 50-60/day is comfy, for example.

Just started: 125mg Sus and 50mg Mast E3D.

Zero anxiety. NPP is the only gear that almost immediately made me feel
aggressive and on edge. Maybe some anxiety. Pulled it after just 7 days.

If your sleep is compromised, not good. Redcon makes a product called Fade and it works very well.

Be Healthy. It's more important than what we see in the mirror.

Ramping up very slowly over a few weeks seems to be one of the best options. Tren and Eq aren't the best for Anxiety.

I think i was feeling bit on edge and some anxiety at night on these amounts so cut them in half, basically went from ed shots to eod. i do NOT want anxiety. I would do test only like but i think a low dose stack of AAS will be more beneficial than test alone.
oh, and no real reason i chose test/deca/mast they are just what i have on hand.
So far i am feeling ok. will see how i look and feel in couple weeks.

Masteron is a feel good drug, but it may take some time. 25 mg ed and ramp up to what you need. I think 50 prop a day would be good too.

These days I stay away from Tren and Eq just for that reason...no need for them unless I ever decide to compete again
