How old is to old to cycle ?
I would like to hear from the old times like me at 61
 
What goals are you looking to achieve from cycling vs a TRT type approach?
 
60 here. I think you should stick mostly with TRT doses anymore. Maybe add low dose GH and Insulin once in a while. I would also get bloodwork on a regular bases. Your health should be you major concern now.

Age is relative. Gary strydom came back in, i wanted to say his mid fifties, and went all in. Looked phenomenal. That was a last hurrah but he looked insane in the pics i saw of him. Obviously he was a pro but my point is that there are a lot of guys out there doing this over 50. Now to what degree, I cant say. Anecdotally, one of my good friends is pushing 60 and cruises on 300mg. He blasts a bit too. Former power lifter and hes definitely not lean. But his labs are good.

I think theres always the use for hormone replacement regardless of age if you dont have underlying health concerns.

I started cycling in the early 80s when I was a competitive power lifter before most were born.
I would say my best cycle was was in 2008 and I ran this for 24+ weeks

I am 60... I do a test/ deca cycle for 25 weeks April through September then I go off completely until the following April...bloods are good.....

Very well said, health is your priority now. Some HGH and TRT is really all you should need and shouldn't cause you in problems.

At your age I'd definitely stay away from all orals and also Letro. No sense in crashing your HDL and fucking up your lipids. Leave that to the under 30 age kids.

The goal of being a mass monster? At 61, what is your bf% starting this cycle. We typically add adipose as we age, that fat makes bulking much less productive. That much is not needed for cutting either. You did the power lifter thing, why not go for lean and healthy?

At 61 just run TRT, add in something else in small dose spring / summer for extra boost. Clean diet, some cialis, stay healthy. Count your blessings Odin has let you make it this far.

lean and healthy it is...I would love to get to 200
I started at 252 and I am now down to 236. I have 2 replaced knees but I still squat lite for 15 -20 reps to the bottom. The goal is drop the bf considerably add a little bit a dry muscle and peak the beginning of July. I'm zeroing in my diet and cardio is up to an hour.
 
I’m 52. I take 2-300 test prop a week.2iu’s growth 5 times a week at night. .5mg adex every other day. 5mg cialis a day for my prostate. It also helps my blood pressure and Ed. So it kills 3 birds with one stone.
 
60 here 180mg per week split cyp and prop ( 90 mg 2x per week) . My first cycle was in 1979. Been using on and off since then. I have pretty demanding job not sure if I could do it with out TRT. It is not not a physical job at all more mental, stress and long hours. I try to workout every day and do 4 days with 30 minutes of cardio. Been training since I have been 12.

51. I struggle with the mental challenge of aging daily. I am a TRT guy. I simply hate the fact that the "best" me is in the past. That said, living a quality life for many more years trumps being a HUGE guy today. I get my motivation from seeing guys older than me who still looked jacked.
 
I'm 61, been lifting since I was 10. Started using at 23. My competitive days are over. I try to stick to my TRT doses (100mg-150mg per week).
Sometimes I need a little push and up them but I try to stay in a safe zone now. Be smart in whatever you choose to do. And do blood work.
