I have an agility test coming up July 11 for the department of corrections. I need to do the 1.5 mile run in just under 14 minutes, I'm 40 years old and have been trying to build up my wind but i'm having trouble with shin pumps, they get so pumped that I just can't run any more. anyone have any feedback on what I can do to help with this?
