can you elaborate on this? I know not everyone can look good as a super heavy that is definitely true and some look killer at other weights..

They probably don't eat cheese burgers and shit like American Bbers... I would assume they are stricter when it comes to dieting. I've heard a lot of different shit from European bodybuilders. Most don't seem to get as heavy in the off season. The few I've actually had the pleasure to talk to are very humble and their cycles look a lot different than the American bodybuilders I know. Then again most bodybuilders lie about what they run so who knows they might be as well.

That much mass and weighing 176 lbs? Must be about 5'5"-7" in height, none the less, man looks great, excellent conditioning and very proportionate.
