AI while on TRT dose

I'm only taking 150mg test a week prescribed by my urologist and when I got my estradiol levels checked last week it was 139! He prescribed me aromasin 25mg a day and wants to check it again in one month. Anybody heard of such insane estrogen levels on that low of a dose?

no haven't seen those dramatic changes in E levels but it doesn't surprise me either--years ago i was put on Hrt doses without any ancillaries and i found out the hard way that an anti E/Serm (in my case-Clomid) and or an AI is essential to controlling the aromatose conversion resulting from the use of exogenous 'T' use.

i mean the 150mg/wk 'T' dose may have elevated your 'T' level to 800-1200ng/dl?

It puts me in the 800's, 880 something i think last time i got it checked. Thanks, I'm pretty sure this aromasin will do the trick, but I'll know for sure when i go back next month and will report back.

100mg/week puts me at 1000-450 by the end of the week. with e2 in 30-40 range. if you break up the 150mg dose and shot it 2x per week your e2 would probably be lower. .25xday seems like a lot to me seems over kill considering the half life.

I was actually breaking up the dose to 60-75mg 2 times a week for a few weeks prior to that blood test. Could be excess estrogen left over from pinning once a week before that....not sure, but in any case I think I will still probably need an AI at some level.

don't remember exactly as it was a while back but ordinarily i use Clomid at 25mg/ed or eod-depending on its effectiveness with the'T' dose/type i'm taking at the time.

usually i keep an AI on hand (in my case-Adex) if needed-or for excessive water retention/bloat.
