AIFM BY ANAFIT (THE AFSTORE)

I just received a bottle of AIFM today and noticed there was something hard in the bottle. A closer look revealed something that looked like a dried out napkin inside of the bottle. Is this supposed to be in the bottle? I attached a picture of same.

Or asked on their forum?

I have two bottles, neither contained that.

I have gone through about a dozen bottles since 2006...never seen that.
I love that stuff though...It's like topical aromasin!

I have attempted to contact them but allegedly their e-mail was hacked and causing them major problems. I actually took the object out of the bottle and it appears to be a cottonball. I am very irritated as I shelled out 57 bucks for the product. I really needed an AI bad as I had ran out. Was counting on the AIFM.

A company rep contacted me on their forum and forwarded me to the store via e-mail. No response as of yet. Im frustrated.
