Air Bubbles in HGH

So I'm not a newbie to GH use as I have done it in the past. Today when I was reconstituting the vial after taking care of the vacuum seal their was a small air bubble left after I injected the Bac water. My simple question is, will this effect the viability of the mixture. In other words, did i just totally fuck up 10 IU's worth of growth?
