Air Pressure while trying to Reconstitute GH?

Ive done my research on reconstituting HGH, and how you do not want to spray the BAC water directly onto the powder. Every time I go to reconstitute, the pressure inside my Blue Tops sucks the BAC water really fast out of the syringe, I have it pointing onto the side of the bottle, but it goes in real fast. I do not want to damage my GH, but its very hard to let the BAC water into the vial slowly.

Is this normal? is there a way to release the air pressure in the Blue Top prior to reconstituting?

This is actually due to lack of pressure inside the vial...vials should be in a vacuum, your is, that's a good sign. When you stick the pin in, try to angle it so the stream will run down side when it gets sucked out(due to the vacuum in vial). Hope that helps.

Thats exactly what I am doing, I just wanted to try to push it in slower in order to make sure I am not damaging the GH by the BAC water hitting it too fast.

I put 3mls of air in a syringe and let the vacuum of the vial suck out the air so when I put the BW I can push it in at my pace so I don't harm the peptide.

you can vent the vile by just sticking a pin without the syringe in it.

By taking the vacuum out wont damage the GH at all?

No it won't hurt. You usually add some air to make drawing easier.

I also try to hold the plunger with two fingers while I insert the pin into the top of the vial. Then I can slowly let the liquid be pulled into the vial.
