Hey guys,
I've been hearing more and more that guys (JM, few others) aren't using AIs anymore to control estrogen on cycle, instead they're using SERMs like nolva.
AIs
Pros:
- Prevents aromatase enzyme from converting our testosterone to estrogen (keeps test higher?)
- Keeps estrogen in "healthy" range
- Lower water retention, should be easier on the heart
Cons:
- Harder on the lipids/cholesterol
- Harder on the kidneys
- Easy to get estrogen "too low"
SERMs
Pros:
- Not as bad on the lipids/cholesterol
- Less taxing on organs(?)
- Doesn't get rid of estrogen(?)
Cons:
- Increased estrogen in some tissue
- Increased risk of cancers with chronic use
What else you got? What do you guys think is more optimal? What do you do? Thoughts? What is your dosing like?
