Hope everyone is doing well on PM !! Quick question , I am looking for the right coach to carry me into prep . I had alittle set back I hired Noel Fuller around 10 weeks out and at 20 weeks started dieting slowly but I got sick last week and dropped alot of weight and decided to push the show back another month which puts me back at 20 weeks out . I am alittle concerned with his methods and what not wanted to see who else may be out there .. I can't afford hany or farah or anyone like that lol ..

you should check out Alex Azarian. I worked with him once and he knows his shit when it comes to prep. Also very attentive to your particulars. Def worth your time to look into - call him and ask him directly what he could do for you.

You don't need a guy to tell you to get lean...you don't need a diet coach....you need a guy to help you put on mass in the RIGHT PLACES......these young kids telling you to get shredded and pimping trainers like they have won a big show who barely lift weights is hilarious.........you are frigging shredded! Just work on your shape and size......

Whats missing from this meal plan ? I eat the same thing everyday same times etc.. I rarely cheat and if I ever do its usually sushi . My bodys is NOT responding anymore I am cruising right now and alittle clueless on what to run to push to the next level with my training and nutrition and to get my bodyweight up but with quality muscle not sloppy . Very frustrated

MEAL 1: 3 CUPS OF EGG WHITES WITH 2 WHOLE EGGS. 2 CUP OATMEAL (DRY MEASURE)

MEAL 2: 10OZ COOKED CHICKEN W 10OZ SWEETPOTATO

MEAL 3 IS A FLOATING MEAL. IT IS TO BE EATEN WITHIN ONE HOUR OR LESS OF TRAINING. ADJUST MEALS AND TIMES ACCORDINGLY:

10OZ TILAPIA WITH 12OZ COOKED ANGEL HAIR PASTA

MEAL 4: 8OZ CHICKEN WITH 12OZ WHITE POTATO

MEAL FIVE IS EATEN AFTER MY 2ND WORKOUT:

3 CUPS OF EGG WHITES W 2 WHOLE EGGS 2 CUPS OATMEAL (DRY MEASURE)

MEAL 6: 10OZ COOKED CHICKEN WITH 1 CUP WHITE RICE & 2 CUPS OF STEAMED BROCOLLI.

Looking great man. Wish i would of been on top of my game as early as you. Whats your training looking like split/workouts? And how often do you do dbl sessions?
 
Usually 3-4 x a week I am doing double splits .. I appreciate the kind words brother! Still so far to go and hoping I break this plateau I am on pretty frustrated

if your not pounding insulin then why so low fats? healthy fats are good bro, even when george farah had me on a lot of carbs he still had healthy fats in there at every meal.
 
My opinion...less training and more fats.

At least 4 whole free range (or at least omega 3) eggs, less egg whites. Cook it all in coconut oil.

Less oatmeal - 1 cup would be plenty.

Cut the potato servings down to 8 oz each and add in 1/3 cup cashews or almonds to these meals. Cook your chicken in olive oil or grapeseed oil.

Something that never fails to put weight on me is two servings of beef per day, at least 20oz total a day.

Pound intra workout nutrients - 20g PeptoPro+60 g karbolyn/vitargo during your workout

More food variety in general - if you've been pounding this diet for a while, your body isn't likely to absorb the nutrients as efficiently. Swap in turkey for chicken with a meal, add some salmon in, etc.

Focus on building up a really sound digestive system - for me the following accomplished this (at least improved my digestion): 1 cup Kefir every day, 2 servings of Kimchee every day, one or two shot glasses of apple cider vinegar every day, 1 serving of greek yogurt per day.

Personally I think the double split plan is not worth it. If you are hellbent on this, I would seriously contact John Meadows, because he is one person I think knows how to do it and I would never try it without his guidance. Rest and periworkout nutrition has to be absolutely on point for it to work.

Thanks for the input bboy !! How many fats do you suggest and what are the best sources ? I have added in grass fed beef 1x a day and organic cage free eggs for my whole eggs..

Makes sense . I like this layout alot and will give it a try , thank you for your input !! Just trying to make the most out of this off-season and I have been " stuck " ... Shooting for 2013 NPC Southern States . So I do have time but need to use it wisely
