I think right now the biggest thing is the peptides, injectable resveratrol, injectable curcumin which Im doing 1200 of the curcumin now.
I do MK677 x 2 a day one morning one night THAT made a big difference. Especially now I dont seem to get groggy or tired from it - Once I bumped those things up with my low carb diet, some cardio I was able to maintain some fullness while dieting I notice I dont lose as much on the scale but my bodyfat comes down pretty steadily.
I started doing phases of CJC DAC and then alternate them with IGF L3 as well. I do some IGF DES pre workout as well.
 
I've got some Cjc dac and ghrp2 coming. I've seen people use dac alone and with a ghrp. Is there any benefit to not using the ghrp? Should I just use up the dac and get mod grf later down the road to pair with ghrp2?

I only ask because I notice you didn't list it and I know your more versed in this than I am.

Ive done it both ways, the old addage is GHRh+GHRP- MK677 is my GHRP so I run it with CJC or I do it with IGF as of late.
I like to toggle back and forth now.

Yes- I have used IGF with good results for years.

You are probably thinking about Ostarine which is called MK2866.

Tonight was back chest, the last 2-3 weeks I have just been getting crushed with work- to say Im tired is a little bit of an understatement- Im doing everything I can to NOT overtrain- this situation is like last Oct and Im doing my damnest to not have a repeat.
I had 2 days of high carb- yesterday I had a cheat meal- today was lowest carb day so far on the diet.
I decided to go to the gym but NOT push anything heavy just go for pump- I looked good and filled out today before the gym from carbs and cheat.

So I just did moderate to light went for feel and actually got a really good pump.

I did a modified form of pre-exhaust.
Started with the fly machine:

100 x 20 squeezing flip around 100x 18 rear delts squeezing shoulder blades
120 x 15 " " 120 x 15
140 x 15 " " 140 x 12
160 x 10" " 160 x 8

Bent over rows/ decline hammer strength press

225x 12 ~~ 2 plates per side x 15
225 x 11~~ 2plates per side x 13
225 x 12 ~~2 plates per side x 15

chest press machine flat supersetted with narrw grip overhand pulldowns

70 x 15 (pulldowns) 120 x 18 press squeezing on both great contractions
80 x 12 150 x 14
80 x 12 175 x 10

Dumbell presses incline stop and go, with neutral grip stretchers standing.

55's x 8 3 second hold at bottom, 120 x 20 2 second stretch position
55's x 7 160 x 15
55's x 8 stack x 10

I just started a thread. Trying to get guys input on this new...well fairly new MK677.

I had some but it got tossed in the trash on me so i never got to try it.
Very curious to try it for myself and see how it compares to say cjc
 
I had to take some days off this week, Im just getting my ass kicked at work- today Im @ 60 hours with a 10 hour shift left to do tommorow.

front squats on smith:

Regular squats with slight pause in the hole:

9 plates per, barbell with 2 45's on each side on top of sled. x 6

After that I limped out to my truck and assumed the fetal position- Im tired as fuck this week, low carbs, over worked and that fucking shit kicked my ass!
 
Very long week, 70 hours in 8 days, every day was extremely busy with all sorts of logsitical problems at work including a computer which broke and left me doing sales by hand, pen and paper with a calculator.

I actually pro-actively didnt go to the gym for 3 days in the middle of all this trying to keep from overtraining-but too much stress and I am a bit overtrained.

135 x 12 ~50 x 10 (the pullovers are done so I do 3/4 arch to stretch so you never hold the dumbell straight over your chest its always angled back)
