Reading alot of the current posts regarding Carnitine and the need/use of Insulin to "shuttle" it into the cell for it to exert its fat burning effects. Im not very smart, so heres my question.....
Is there any place for Carnitine on a Keto diet? The thinking would be combining Carnitine with ALA or R-ALA in place of Insulin for the shuttling effect??
Am I way off?
This is obviously bro science based purely on the claims that ALA will "shuttle" creatine into the cell without the need/use of insulin or carbs. Thoughts?
