I know some of you guys use ala on a regular basis. My question to you is, have you been able to tell a difference between using the reg ALA vs R-ALA. A take between 900mg-1200mg every day and have used both and I can honestly say I'm NOT able to tell a difference between the 2 forms.
What any feedback in appreciated. I wonder if the r-ala is more hype.
