Albuterol and cramping?

Any way to stop this horribl cramping. To the point I can't work out or run?

potassium and taurine supplements will help with the cramping.

I usually start at 8 mg 4/4 day and work up to 16 @ 8/4/4.

How does one supplement pottasium, does it come as a supplement alone like taurine?

I have gotten up to 12mg but was falling asleep with a low body temp because I am also taking T3 and apparently have cortisol issues.

Seems like taurine is working for cramps. Gonna lower my t3 dose from 25-50 to now 25 or less. Even 2( puts me back to sleep.

Sorry for my sloppy post, my phone changes shit will out me realizing.
I meant 50 is too much and even 25 might be too much. It seems like temps are lower due to using up all my cortisol . I had thyroid bloods with some other bloods and just waiting on them.

I have also been taking lots of ultra 40 desiccated liver to build my iron and ferritin.

You can get potassium supps in tablet form, any GNC has em cheap
