I hope everyone is doing great and excited about this years nationals.

I have been very focused on taking care of business.

Ive really stuck to my game plan this year. Last year was a great year for me but was truly at my best before the show. I paced myself better, holding more size and condition has caught up to were it was( im not way ahead like last year).

Anyways, Its a tough show and I wish the best to everyone. My class is deep and expect the best. Im excited about some preps i have lined up after the show, also my wife is 5 months pregnant but will be attending pre judging to give me a hand.. Our daughter is still too young for the long travel but I will miss her. I want to thank all of you on this board. You guys have been so supportive.. Thanks !

I want to thank everyone, particularly MAINEVENT.

If it was not for him, i would not have come aboard and met you guys. I have gotten to know many of you and have become friends with allot of great people here.

I love training for condition but this year the challenge was to keep as much condition and also move up a few good pounds. At the nationals, you need it all. Size, condition and the most complete guy in the class usually wins.
