thanks everyone. My chest and shoulders have been my worst body parts to flatten out in the past. last year, i had hardly any fat to lose at 2 weeks out so i tapped muscle to survive but i had not choice, i couldnt eat more and still make weigh. I was starving myself the last week and my body needed way more food.
This year im eating more and this last week, i have been eating up into this show. But, I like my pics best from last year, better lighting in the gym last year and i was grinding into the muscle so i looked kinda freaky, but a lot less full and small. Ive tried to bring an all around better look to the stage...
